HOW OPEN ACCESS WORKS:
Ask your client to bring their ID, insurance information, W2 or recent pay stub, and any custody paperwork if applicable. They can also get a head start on their paperwork by clicking the button below.
Advise your client to come to our office during specified hours and visit the front desk.
During their first visit, the client will meet with a licensed clinician and complete an assessment. This may feel more like an interview than a counseling session, but it's an important part of making sure that every client gets all the right services at the right time to support them.
Together, the client and the clinician will determine what is the next best step for them in their recovery journey.
Before they leave, the client will meet with our enrollment staff to set up their next appointment(s).
