Wherever you are on your journey, we will meet you there and help you achieve your goals because we offer more than just programs, services, and resources. We are here to support you on your journey as you find stability, a sense of hope, and your path forward.
We believe prevention works, treatment is effective, and recovery is possible.
Our prevention experts work in the schools in the communities we serve, and they provide group and one-on-one school-based education services focused on topics including managing anger and stress, grief and loss, divorce, ADHD, foster care, and more.
Trained professional case managers help clients navigate what the system of care looks like in their community. Clients can work with licensed counselors and social workers through outpatient programs, group counseling, peer support, or psychiatric medical services.
Recovery is supported through connection, community groups, and on-demand crisis care through our call center. When clients feel ready to take their next step toward recovery, they can reach out to our call center to find the right services to meet their individual needs.
We know that we cannot do this work alone and we are proud to have national accreditations and to partner with funders who are able to help us provide quality behavioral health services and make a positive impact in the local Northwest Ohio community that we serve.

We have services available at in-person sites in four different counties, including Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, and Hardin.
Set up an appointment with our call center or come in for open access hours to be enrolled in services at our Hancock, Allen, and Auglaize county offices.
You can choose to enroll in services in person or via telehealth where you can create an appointment and connect with healthcare professionals by phone or video.

We understand that behavioral health is changing, and it’s why we offer a continuum of care to meet the behavioral health needs of the communities we serve.
