Anne Adkins
Annemarie (Anne) Adkins is a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor with a mental/behavioral health and substance use disorder concentration. She received her Bachelor of Science Social Work from Defiance College and Master of Social Work from Spring Arbor University.
Anne has 12 years of working within case management initially and then as a therapist. She has experience working with a broad range of clients of all genders, ages, and race, including the LGBTQIA+ population and strives to offer a safe space for everyone. She has training in Trauma Informed Care and experience with various types of therapy, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy to name a few.
Tracey Zink
Tracey believes that each person has their own story that shapes what they experience. She has performed individual, group, and family counseling, provided supervision to graduate students as well as her own team of counselors, and provided trainings and consultations to schools and community organizations.
Tracey is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision designation by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from Denison University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Jon Barnes
Jon is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience working as a clinician. He has worked with clients on a wide array of fronts including depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse, family dynamics, relationship issues, OCD, and attention deficit disorder. He has also treated people with trauma as it relates to emotional, physical, and psychological abuse.
Jon received a Bachelor's degree in Human Services in 2004 from Wayland Baptist University. He acquired a Master of Arts degree in counseling in 2009 also from WBU.
Treatment modalities he uses include existential therapy, person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and reality therapy.
Alaina Roush
Alaina is a Licensed Professional Counselor working fully remote through Telehealth counseling. She is from Northeast Ohio, but currently resides in the Chicago area. Alaina finds joy in the little things, loves laughter, and enjoys seeing others find their meaning in life. She finds fulfillment in traveling, trying new things, meeting new people, and having quiet nights where she can binge watch movies or indulge in a good book.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron.
Alaina specializes in attachment, trauma, crisis care, feminism, person centered, and narrative therapy. She works with adults and transitional age youth (16 +).
Jennifer Amond
Jennifer has a Masters of Guidance and Counseling from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA.
She has been in the counseling field for 20 years and counsels clients from many walks of life in both individual and couples counseling, including younger children. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, REBT, as well as an eclectic approach to counseling as needed to meet client needs. Jennifer is dedicated to helping clients and their loved one’s handle life issues and concerns. She believes that “we all need someone to help us in life; whether you or a loved one suffers from a diagnosed disability or from a situation or circumstance, please know that I am here to help.” She will work with you and your loved one(s) to lessen psychological pain and to speed healing.
Quiana “Q” Atwood
Q has a MA in Social Work from Cleveland State University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wright State University. She has been in the field for the past 18 years providing individual, group, and family therapy.
She has a love for music and animals and loves to share this with others. Through the use of comedy and movies she feels that she is better able to connect with others.
Q has a passion for working with mood disorders and trauma disorders. When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. Her great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. She helps her clients who include adolescents, young adults, and adults, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, whole, complete, and safe.
She knows that no single approach works for everyone, so Q has been trained in CBT, DBT, Group Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
Jay Salvage
Jay is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. He obtained a Bachelors degree in Education from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Social Work degree from Ohio State University.
Jay works with adults who struggle with substance use disorder and/or mental health struggles. He also has experience working with clients who have developmental disabilities.
He began working as a clinician only after his retirement from FT work. Prior to that he held many administrative, planning, and leadership positions in human service settings.
